YWMHA is operated and directed by a Board of Directors, these volunteers are elected to the board every year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board of Direcords are made up of the following 7 voting positions:

- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- Technical Director
- Fundraising Director
